- How it works for simple phones:
Callback servcie: For cell phone users with unlimited incoming plan - You will dial the provided access number, you will receive a busy tone, hang-up as soon as you hear the busy signal and wait for the call back. Once you receive the call back, answer it and you will receive a dial tone, enter the phone number that you wish to call. Wait for the system to connect the call for you. Now it is an incoming call for you and the party that you wish to call. (NOTE: DO NOT PRESS THE SEND KEY OF YOUR CELL PHONE AFTER YOU DIAL THE NUMBER THAT YOU WISH TO CALL).
Passthrough service: For cell phone users with 5 or more numbers of free unlimited calling, outgoing/incoming calls plans (ex. MY5, Fab five, MyFive, MyFav and student plans from Bell, Rogers, Fido, Telus, Koodo, Solo, Virgin or home phone), from their cell phone providers - Assign the provided access number as one of your free outgoing/incoming call to your cell phone provider. Once it is assigned, dial the provided access number, you will receive a dial tone, enter the number that you wish to call. Wait for the system to connect the call for you. (NOTE: DO NOT PRESS THE SEND KEY OF YOUR CELL PHONE AFTER YOU DIAL THE NUMBER THAT YOU WISH TO CALL).
(You may use the Phone Book of your cell phone if it supports "DTMF sending or tone sending" while on call, ex: NOKIA ,Motorola, Samsung, etc.).
- How it works for myIP phone:
In addition to the previous callback and Passthrough services, myIp phone for iPhone permits Voip calls using 3G or WiFi Internet network. myIphone provides direct access to phone book to facilitate rapid calls.
